Prodip Chatterjee

Pradip Chatterjee is an extremely talented leather crafts artist from West Bengal’s Sriniketan, Birbhum, where he has been residing for the past 32 years. He specializes in leather crafts and art and is the master artist of his group . He has an experience of around 10 years. His sense of design is very unique from other artisans that make his creations indispensable. With his team of artists, his products include various types of arts like leather bags, purse, leather jackets, wall hangings and decorations and so forth.The cultural and artistic heritage of the place finds a special place in his heart, who has been involved in intricately Kantha stitching on a wide variety of items for the past two decades. It is a passion that drives his association to the art form, which happens to be the indigenous treasure of Birbhum district.
