Manab Debnath

Manab has been residing in Hattala, Bolpur since his birth. He specializes in jewellery making and at present produces a wide range of trendy jewelleries out of dokra, oxidized metal, jute, beads and other innovative materials. While making trendy accessories feature to be Manab's passion, he has also attempted in informally learning the art of jewellery making from a student of Viswa Bharati's Kala Bhavan. Manab's jewelleries can be truly identified as a curious mix of modern designs and rural aesthetics. Manab has been making trendy accessories for almost three decades now. At present he employs around seven local artists, together with whom he produces a wide variety of trendy jewelleries. Manab's aesthetic rigour gets reflected in his creations, which include necklace, bangles, earrings, and others, which can be identified as must haves in the list of ethnic accessories.
