Joydeb Paul is an incredibly talented artist from Birbhum with Dokra & Oxidised products. Birbhum has been his home for the past eighteen years and he is associated with District Industries Centre (DIC), Birbhum, a welfare organization operative in for the artisan community of the area. Being a part of DIC, he has made uncountable beauty pieces of Dokra & Oxidised jewellery. He has learnt the art from his brother in law and with the passage of time has established his aesthetic supremacy over producing a variety of items in trendy accessories. Joydeb Paul has been proficient in making Dokra and Oxidised jewellery for over three decades. Learning the art by his own observation and interest, at present he holds a commendable position as an artist in his locality. He makes beautiful jewelleries out of Dokra and oxidized metal. While Joydeb's aesthetic rigour gets reflected in a vast variety of fashionable necklace, earrings, bangles, he also creates jewelleries out of beads and Tassels, a must-have in the list of trendy accessories.
